These terms and conditions are a binding contract between you and Map Ingenieros E.U., the present contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when using “Iter in Mari” by Map Ingenieros E.U. ( www.iterinmari.com ) and the other services offered by Map Ingenieros E.U. Please read carefully as by using any of our services, including browsing our web pages, you are accepting these conditions.

If you do not agree with the conditions, you will not be able to use any of our services.

1. Use policies:

Do not use the page or any of the other services of Iter in Mari by Map Ingenieros E.U. to defame, harass, discriminate protected or groups for personal attributes, give messages of hate, praise and/or advertise hate groups among others, or violate any of the regulations in the United States , this includes the “Inquiry” feature. It is your responsibility to know the legal and current regulations on discrimination applicable to you. In case you feel that any publication, message or review violates this numeral, report it to iterinmari.service@gmail.com Including the URL of the page and its description to review what happened in an opportune time.
6. You are solely responsible for your account, Iter in Mari by Map Ingenieros E.U., is not responsible for any material or moral damage related to the information provided to us by misuse of your account (this includes handling of passwords, disclosure of information personal to third parties, among others) .
7. You agree that we may send you information electronically related to this agreement in case of changes and that by continuing to use Iter in Mari you are accepting the modifications that appear in this agreement.
8. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account for any reason and without prior notice
9. Do not commit fraud or theft, adopt conducts of unfair competition or similar, or other illegal act or crime against us, other users or third parties
10. Do not take our material without our consent.
11. You agree that your use of Iter in Mari e shall not include sending unsolicited marketing messages or broadcasts (i.e., spam).   If you believe spam originated from the Iter in Mari, please email us  at iterinmari.service@gmail.com
12. You hereby agree to comply with all applicable laws. Any misguiding, misleading or copyrighted material used on your material will solely be your responsibility. Map Ingenieros E.U.  will not be held responsible for the misrepresentation of its products and or services provided.
13. You agree not to make any representations, warranties, or other statements concerning Us, Our site, any of Our products or services, or Our site policies.

Services:

Products/Services descriptions and specifications: Map Ingenieros E.U. try to be as accurate as possible to describe products and services on the Service. However, Map Ingenieros E.U. does not warrant that product or service descriptions or specifications are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service we offer through www.iterinmari.com does not match its description, your sole remedies are to stop using Iter in Mari and to return the product in unused condition. All descriptions and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice.

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed for products and services on www.iterinmari.com  are the full retail prices, excluding taxes and applicable fees.

 Availability. Availability of a product or service may change without notice

Delivery: Map Ingenieros E.U. produces products to order and these can take up to 10 business days to be delivered, depending on the level of complexity of the item, the item, and the season.

Accepting an Order. We may limit the acceptance of orders to particular jurisdictions and as permitted by applicable law. The shipment of the products shall be the sole evidence of our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity of any product or service and to refuse service to you. We also may verify the information before we accept or ship any order.

Risk of Shipping Loss: The risk of loss and title for such items purchased from Map Ingenieros E.U. pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Transactions and Payments: Map Ingenieros E.U. currently uses third-party payment processors for electronic commerce. you agree to their terms and conditions of use of such third-party payment processors. Such third parties may charge fees to process payments. We may pay certain fees at our sole discretion. Map Ingenieros E.U. disclaims all liability with regards to any fees or problems you have with third-party payment processors.

Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for determining and paying the appropriate government taxes, fees, and service charges resulting from a transaction occurring through www.iterinmari.com. We are not responsible for collecting, reporting, paying, or remitting to you any such taxes, fees, or service charges.

Claim of Copyright Infringement

Map Ingenieros E.U. respects the intellectual property rights of others,  Please contact iterinmari.service@gmail.com if you believe that any content on www.iterinmari.com constitutes an infringement of your copyright.

3. Term and Termination.                  

Termination by Mutual Agreement. Either May party terminate this agreement at any time, without cause and without penalty, Such termination of this Agreement will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account,  so you not be able to use our website or Another service of Iter in Mari to carry out the commercial activity and you must pay the bills that have not yet been paid for the use of our services.

3.1 Effect of Termination

Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links of https: //www.iterinmari .com, and all of our trademarks, trade dress, and logos, and all other materials provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant hereto or in connection with Iter in Mari, by Map Ingenieros E.U.

1. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Map Ingenieros E.U. with the services it offers with Iter in Mari cannot and does not offer any guarantee regarding any warranty, promise, opportunity among others that are not express in www.iterinmari.com . Therefore any claim or complaint must go directly against the independent sales representative, leaving Map Ingenieros E.U  free of claims of responsibility for the product or service that are not expressly described in www.iterinmari.com

Map Ingenieros E.U. and its employees or directors.  It is not responsible for: any inventory acquired at the moment of the suspension or elimination of the account, or any economic or moral damage caused by the elimination of your account, error or damages related to the services provided to present or future of said action, Map Ingenieros E.U , Inc sells customizable products, and by their nature, they cannot be returned, but if the case exists, The Added Liability for damages of Iter in Mari  by Map Ingenieros E.U will not exceed $ 90 US Dollars or what was paid to Map Ingenieros E.U during the last year. In the event that any jurisdiction does not allow any limitation on incidental or consequential damages, the other points of this agreement will continue in force

4.1 Publications and content: Map Ingenieros E.U is released from all responsibility related to content that violates some current law of the United States such as (hate, discrimination, copyright, among others ) Since Map Ingenieros E.U is not responsible for compliance with copyright o legality of the publications of independent sales representative with accuracy.

4.2 Security: You exempt us from any responsibility resulting from the interaction you have or have had with other people online or in-person for the use of our services. It is your responsibility to take measures of security corresponding to interact with other people or companies.

You release us from any related liability services or third-party applications that can be hosted on our site web for its operation, which are beyond our control (Facebook, Google, P interest, etc.) , the use of these services is at your own risk.

4.3 Guarantees: We do not offer express or implicit guarantees for the use of our services, including any type of guarantee resulting from negotiations or commercial activities of the users.

We do not guarantee the availability of our services or their security, this includes that they do not have viruses or defects that may violate security. You are solely responsible for the use of our services.

IN NO EVENT Map Ingenieros E.U HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THE OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, COSTS OF PROCUREMENT RELATED TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES OFFERED ON OR OFF THE WEBSITE, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL.

SOME STATE JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON DURATION OR THE EXCLUSION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY.

4.4 Compensation:

In the event that Map Ingenieros E.U issued for any service, good or other action derived from its commercial activity on Iter in Mari  Inc, by accepting this agreement, you also agree to defendMap Ingenieros E.U  including its employees. and partners before any complaint, claim or legal demand, as well as incurring attorneys’ fees and others related to defense and sanctions, that are the result of their actions and use of the services in Iter in Mari  by the breach of the terms of any legal infringement.

In the event that the above occurs, we or we reserve the right to handle our legal defense, as well as you agree to cooperate with us in the legal defense.

5. Miscellaneous

Governing Law. This Agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the [Florida], without giving effect to the conflict of law principles of the [Florida ], any legal action against Map Ingenieros E.U, must take place in Bogota, Colombia therefore, the parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of Bogota, Colombia. and for any hearing in person, a convenient place for the parties may be agreed according to the ability to travel and other provisions.

Disputes Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in [Orlando / Florida]. and will be carried out in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules with the following exceptions (a) each party shall pay its proportionate share of arbitrator fees and expenses, together with other expenses incurred or approved by the arbitrator, unless it is determined that the claim had an inappropriate or frivolous purpose, that if so, the cost of the part of Map Ingenieros E.U will be borne in its entirety by you (b) the Arbitration may proceed in the absence of any of the parties in accordance with the rules and regulations of arbitration (c) all decisions and awards made by the arbitrator will be conclusive and may be presented in any court with the same jurisdiction as the basis of judgment for the execution of their collection. All controversies, claims, or disputes will be resolved through arbitration instead of any other legal or similar action. ( D) The arbitration will be carried out between two individual parties, arbitration or class actions are not allowed.

The arbitrator may not grant punitive or speculative damages to the parties and may not modify this agreement.

Also, the parties have the right that while the decision of the expected talks to bring an action in a court of jurisdiction appropriate to forms of fair reparation or in a small claims court if applied individually (not collective) without representation.

Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify this agreement. To make any changes to this agreement, Map Ingenieros E.Uwill notify you of the circumstantial changes during the 30 days before the agreement with the modifications takes effect, in writing electronically (email). If you do not agree with the modifications to the terms, you can notify via email to Map Ingenieros E.U or not continue using our services permanently (This includes closing accounts and the effects applicable to the termination of this agreement), in case you want to start A dispute over the modifications made must be through arbitration. Any account that is reopened after it is closed will be governed under the current terms.

Compliance with agreements: In the event that any point of this agreement can not be enforced, the rest will remain in force, as well as the inability that Map Ingenieros E.U has to enforce any section of this agreement does not later prevent the right to enforce these agreements or take the pertinent legal actions.
